About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to serve as an Outpatient Rehab Program Manager at The Crossings at Wilmar in Wilmar, Minnesota. The role is based in an assisted living, independent living, and outpatient setting, working with higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager treats patients while taking on leadership and administrative duties, acting as a go-to person for customers, residents, and staff and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday with no weekends and offers flexibility of hours. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

• Current license, or ability to obtain a license, as a therapist or assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients.
• Take on leadership responsibilities as a lead in the building.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care.
