About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Rehab Program Manager - Physical Therapy Assistant for outpatient services at The Bentley in Dallas, Texas, and the Park Residences in Plano. The role serves assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings, working with higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager treats patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative responsibilities, including scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. The position is described as a customer-focused leadership opportunity centered on building relationships and improving the lives of seniors. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings.

Requirements

Current license, or ability to obtain a license, as a therapist or assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Treat patients.
