This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Public Policy Analysis (PAP4315, Section A00) during the Fall 2026 semester. The course will examine political theories used for public policy analysis, including neo-pluralism, neo-institutionalism, political economy, rational choice theory, post-positivism, and discourse theory, with specific public policies analyzed to illustrate these theories. The course is expected to have an enrollment of 45 students and is worth 3 credits. The instruction will be in English and will be offered online in a scheduled, synchronous format. The University offers training in online course delivery, and the teaching method may be modified due to public health measures or other reasons. The hiring process will be governed by the current APTPUO collective agreements.
