About The Position
The rationale and problems of psychometric methods. Test construction and item analysis. Psychometric properties of tests: reliability, validity and standard error. The different types of norms. Intelligence, aptitude, interest and personality: Tests and models. This course is offered in person.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Psychology/Advanced knowledge in Psychometric Methods
- Competence in second language: Passive
- Successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.

- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach the course PSY3307 F00 - Psychometric Methods.
- Maintain the assigned mode of course delivery (in-person).
- Inform the School of Psychology Secretariat if a class needs to be cancelled.
- Arrange a suitable replacement instructor if aware in advance of an upcoming absence.
