About The Position
This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Quantitative Methods in Psychology II (PSY2116, Section E00) during the Winter 2027 semester. The course focuses on statistical inference, including simple and complex analysis of variance, multiple comparisons, trend analysis, power, and covariance analysis, with applications to psychology. The course component includes laboratory and lecture sessions. The course is offered in person and requires competence in English as the language of instruction.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Psychology
- Advanced knowledge of the course content area (Quantitative Methods in Psychology II)
- Competence in English (language of instruction)
- Successfully complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.

- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach Quantitative Methods in Psychology II (PSY2116, Section E00).
- Maintain the original assigned mode of course delivery (in-person).
- Inform the School of Psychology Secretariat promptly if a class needs to be cancelled.
- Arrange for a suitable replacement instructor if aware in advance of an upcoming absence.
