About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide private-duty homecare to a child with low-acuity needs, including G-tube care, in Pensacola, Florida. The schedule for this patient is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Nurses provide compassionate care and work together to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Patient homes have tablets for electronic documentation, and nurses receive local support from operators and clinicians. The company offers opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Benefit eligibility may depend on employment status and location.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where practicing; compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Maintain current CPR certification with a hands-on component; Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
• Have a TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.
