About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for one-on-one care to join its Skilled Nursing team in the Laurel Highlands area. Nurses provide compassionate, reliable care to clients in their homes, working one-on-one with a single client per day and building relationships as they support client milestones. The role offers traditional shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours, with flexible scheduling and no minimum hours.

BAYADA provides onboarding and paid orientation, including an in-depth preview of the role, client, and required skills. Nurses are supported on their first day in the client’s home. Compensation is up to $26–$34 per hour, based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Perform nursing skills autonomously in the home.
