Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Feeding Tube Child (Weekends)
About The Position
Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide private-duty home care to a child with a feeding tube. The patient has low acuity and receives care in Pensacola, Florida. The scheduled shifts are Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Aveanna describes its care as compassionate and empathetic and emphasizes clinical outcomes, team support, and a workplace culture that celebrates diversity and encourages connection. Nurses have access to local operator and clinician support around the clock, electronic documentation using a tablet in the patient’s home, and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to the clinician’s state of residence within 90 days.
- Must have current CPR certification with a hands-on component; Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
- Must have a TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
- Must have reliable transportation.
