About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide private-duty homecare to a teen patient with low-acuity needs, including G-tube care, in Crestview, Florida. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Aveanna describes its care as compassionate and empathetic, with nurses working together to achieve strong clinical outcomes. Patient homes have tablets for electronic documentation, and nurses have access to 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Transfer a compact license to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component; Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
• Have a TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide private-duty nursing care to a teen patient in the home.
