About The Position

Electronic documentation is completed using a tablet provided in the patient’s home. Requirements

Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing.
Transfer a compact license to the state of residence within 90 days.
Hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component; Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary.
Have a TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
Have reliable transportation.

Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.
