About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Active and unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license, or a multistate compact license where accepted.
• Active BLS certification; AHA only.
• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Hepatitis B series or titer.
• MMR series or titer.
• Tdap vaccine within the last 10 years or titer.
• Varicella series or titer.

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and sub-acute rehabilitation residents.
• Administer medications and treatments, including wound care, according to physician orders.
• Assess residents, update care plans, and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Supervise and delegate work to LPNs and GNAs/CNAs on the unit.
• Document care accurately.
