About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Beech Grove Meadows, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. This is a full-time weekend-option position with day, evening, or night shifts.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrated commitment to Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Work with the team toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
