About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Weekend Option at Riverview Village. This full-time, day-shift position pays $37–$40 per hour, plus shift differential. The RN uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and develops meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Promote teamwork within the care team to meet and exceed residents’ needs.
Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.

Manage medications proficiently.
Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
