About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Weekend Option at Lake Pointe Village, with night shifts available. The nurse will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff, use nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, and contribute to a rewarding standard of care. Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.

Manage medications proficiently.
Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
