About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Weekend Option at Hillcrest Village, with days and nights available. The RN supports residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff, and provides coordinated, high-quality nursing care. The role calls for supportive, respectful communication and collaboration with nursing and other facility teams. Compensation is $37–$40 per hour, plus shift differential. Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Promote teamwork among the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Help create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
