About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Weekend Option role in West Bend, working days and evenings. Nurses develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a rewarding and supportive senior-care environment. Earning potential is $49–$50 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior-care excellence.
• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Work toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications, conduct resident assessments, and document changes in resident conditions.
