About The Position
Hickory Creek at Greensburg is hiring Registered Nurses for its Weekend Option, with evening availability. As a Registered Nurse, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. Nurses use their clinical skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and contribute to a fulfilling, resident-centered care environment. Requirements
- Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
- Have proficient medication management skills.
- Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities
- Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
- Manage medications proficiently.
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment.
