About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Ben Hur in Crawfordsville, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, with the goal of providing rewarding and fulfilling care. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication to help deliver coordinated, comprehensive care and maintain a respectful, positive work environment. Requirements

Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
Work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
Work toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
Support a respectful and positive work environment.
Manage medications, conduct thorough assessments, and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
