About The Position
We are seeking a full-time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in the Independence area. The position involves admissions, discharges, and pronouncements, as well as assisting the Triage Nurse and performing some assessments.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel using reliable transportation.
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with hospice or home health.
Responsibilities
- Handle admissions, discharges, and pronouncements.
- Assist the Triage Nurse.
- Perform some assessments.
