About The Position

Harrison Terrace is hiring a Registered Nurse for a weekend option role at $45 per hour. The nurse develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and respectful interpersonal communication to help deliver coordinated, excellent resident care. Requirements

Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet and exceed residents’ needs.
Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
Work with the team toward excellent resident care.
Promote a respectful and positive work environment.
Manage medications, conduct thorough resident assessments, and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
