About The Position

Springhill Village is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Weekend Option. The role involves using nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being while building meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. Nurses contribute to a comforting, engaging atmosphere and work collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care. The position is offered at $45 per hour.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.

• Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.
