About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Weekend Option Registered Nurse at Coventry Meadows for the day shift. In this role, the nurse develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
