About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend Option Registered Nurse for Glenbrook on the day shift. The RN develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff, learns about their life stories, and uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role operates within an organization supported by clinical standards and established care processes, with a commitment to excellence in skilled nursing care. A $4-per-hour shift differential is offered.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Coordinate with nursing and other facility teams to provide comprehensive resident care.

• Manage medications proficiently.
