About The Position

Vibra Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses for night shifts. The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises plans of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Healthcare’s mission and values. Care includes direct patient care, as well as delegation and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. The role includes demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving care quality, establishing professional relationships, using professional skills, fulfilling hospital-role responsibilities, and developing clinical expertise in the specialty. Full-time employees are eligible for a $15,000 bonus and participation in the Clinical Career Ladder, with potential pay increases after completing the Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Hold current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• Obtain current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
• Project a professional image.
• Have knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Have working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Be free from illegal drug use and the effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

• Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
