About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a night-shift Registered Nurse. The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises plans of care for assigned patients and their families while promoting Vibra Healthcare’s mission and values. Care includes providing direct care and delegating and supervising nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. The RN demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships, uses professional skills, fulfills the responsibilities of the hospital role, and develops clinical expertise in their specialty. The posting advertises new rates, a $15,000 bonus for full-time employees, competitive rates and shift differentials, and a clinical career ladder for full-time employees. Participants may be eligible for pay increases after successfully completing the Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels.
Requirements
- Hold a current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Hold current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Obtain current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
- Project a professional image.
- Know regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Have strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Have working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Be free from illegal use of, and effects of use of, drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
