About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night-shift position. The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises plans of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Healthcare’s mission and values. Care includes providing direct care and delegating and supervising nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. The role includes demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving care quality, establishing professional relationships, applying professional skills, fulfilling hospital-role responsibilities, and developing specialty clinical expertise. The posting advertises a $15,000 bonus for full-time employees, competitive rates and shift differentials, and a Clinical Career Ladder with potential pay increases after successful completion of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels.
Requirements
- Hold a current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Have current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Obtain current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
- Project a professional image.
- Have knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Have working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Be free from illegal drug use and the effects of drug and alcohol use in the workplace.

- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
