About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse. The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises plans of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Healthcare’s mission and values. Care includes providing direct care and delegating and supervising nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. The role encompasses clinical competence, patient-care management, quality improvement, professional relationships and skills, hospital responsibilities, and development of clinical expertise in the applicable specialty. The posting advertises a $15,000 bonus for full-time employees, competitive rates and shift differentials, and a clinical career ladder with pay increases upon successful completion of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of, and effects of use of, drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
