RN Registered Nurse Home Health $10,000 Bonus
About The Position
Kline Galland Home Health is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its East Side King County territory, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton Highlands, Issaquah, and Redmond/Woodinville. The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, prorated for part-time hires. The nurse provides patient-centered home health care, works with patients and caregivers to develop care plans, and coordinates with an experienced interdisciplinary team. Weekend on-call rotations are required to triage and address after-hours nursing needs; on-call weekends are compensated. Training and mentoring are available for strong candidates who have at least one year of RN experience. Kline Galland is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and qualified employees may be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Washington State.
- At least one year of RN experience for candidates relying on the stated training and mentoring pathway.
- Reliable car with current insurance coverage.
- Current driver's license.
- For MSL candidates, complete Suicide Prevention Training before hire as required by state regulations.
- For MSL candidates, complete the Washington State Board of Nursing (WABON) MSL demographic survey.
Nice To Haves
- Recent home health experience.
- Proficiency in Medicare OASIS E.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and their home health environments to determine required services.
- Complete timely OASIS documentation as required.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with patients and/or caregivers.
- Provide nursing care including wound care, catheter care, disease-process education, and medication teaching.
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation, triaging and addressing after-hours nursing needs as necessary.
