RN / Registered Nurse - Home Health - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

About The Position
Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in patients’ homes. The role is based out of the Nags Head, North Carolina office and covers Dare and Currituck counties. The RN provides one-to-one care, works independently with team support, and participates in an on-call rotation as required by the local branch. This is a full-time position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
- Current unrestricted registered nursing license in the state of practice and state of residence.
- At least one year of nursing practice in a patient-care setting.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
- Current CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, geriatrics, or a related setting is preferred.
- New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets, depending on program availability.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Create home health care plans that align with physician orders and patient goals.
- Direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
- Provide pain and symptom management.
- Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required.
