About The Position

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The role supports patients as they recover, manage their health, and maintain independence. Nurses build one-on-one relationships with patients, have flexible scheduling and greater autonomy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. Compensation uses a pay-per-visit model, with potential for a sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement. Requirements

• Active RN license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
