RN / Registered Nurse - Home Health - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in Nags Head, North Carolina. The role covers Dare and Currituck counties and offers full-time work with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The nurse provides care in patients’ homes, working independently while supported by a team and coordinating with patients, families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team. The position includes participation in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required. Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides compassionate services in the home for patients, families, and caregivers. Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
- Current unrestricted nursing registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence.
- At least one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
- Current CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, geriatrics, or another related setting is preferred.
- New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets, depending on program availability.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Create home health care plans that align with physician orders and patient goals.
- Direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
- Provide pain and symptom management.
- Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required.
