About The Position
Vibra Hospital of SE Massachusetts is seeking Registered Nurses to join its team. This role develops, implements, evaluates, and revises plans of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Healthcare’s mission and values. Care includes providing direct patient care and delegating and supervising nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. The Registered Nurse demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships, uses professional skills, fulfills hospital-role responsibilities, and develops clinical expertise in the applicable specialty.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
