About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Allisonville Meadows, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, contributing to a rewarding and fulfilling care experience. The role is offered as a weekend option, with evening and night shifts available.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Work toward a shared goal of excellent resident care.
