About The Position

Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents and assist and support the Director of Nursing. The role includes administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents’ responses, and collaborating with the care team to support the best possible outcomes. The position is available part-time or full-time. Part-time day shifts run from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and full-time evening shifts run from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Staff work every other weekend and every other holiday. The wage range is $36.75–$42.65 per hour, depending on experience. Shift differentials are $3 per hour for evenings and $4 per hour for nights (NOC). Bonuses are $5,000 for part-time employees and $10,000 for full-time employees.

Requirements

• Hold a Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Be a self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, and monitor their effectiveness and residents’ responses.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items according to policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify the Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as required.
