About The Position
InterHealth Staffing, a for-profit staffing division of Tampa General Hospital (TGH), is hiring seasonal Registered Nurses for the Medical ICU. Assignments are 13 weeks, with competitive base pay and possible contract extensions based on unit needs. The role offers an opportunity to experience TGH and potentially transition to a permanent position. Seasonal applicants must have at least two years of experience in the specific division and be competent to work independently. Nurses must be able to work anywhere within their assigned division and must work three shifts per week, including every other weekend.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in the specific division being hired into, with competence to work independently.
- At least one year of related work experience and demonstrated competence.
- Maintain current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Work any unit within the assigned division.
