About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI), an integrated behavioral healthcare agency serving Arizona, is seeking pool Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at its crisis and inpatient units. The role serves the Casa Grande / Tucson area and may involve working at any assigned unit within the hired region, with locations assigned or changed through central scheduling. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical home, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to people experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

The position requires submitting a minimum of four shifts per month by the 15th of the prior month. Nurses must be able to work in both crisis and inpatient units as assigned and reroute or change locations when requested. CBI describes its facilities as state-of-the-art and its approach to treatment as “no wrong door.”

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• Current, good-standing Arizona Board of Nursing license, compact license, or eligibility to obtain a license within 90 days.
• At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, including both involuntary and voluntary care.
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle for rerouting commute.
• Ability to work at assigned units within the hired region and to reroute or change locations as requested.
