About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI), an integrated behavioral healthcare agency serving Arizona, is seeking pool Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at multiple crisis and inpatient units in the Casa Grande/Tucson area. Nurses may be assigned to any unit within their hired region and must be able to work at crisis and inpatient units as directed by central scheduling. Scheduling may require rerouting or changing locations. Pool nurses must submit a minimum of four shifts per month by the 15th of the prior month.

CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical home, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. The organization describes its approach as integrated, evidence-based care and a “no wrong door” treatment model.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Current, good-standing Arizona Board of Nursing license, an accepted compact license, or eligibility to obtain a license within 90 days.
• At least four years of behavioral health RN experience, including both involuntary and voluntary care.
• Valid driver's license and a vehicle for rerouting commutes.
• Ability to work at all assigned units within the hired region, including crisis and inpatient units, as assigned.
• Ability to submit at least four shifts per month by the 15th of the prior month.
