Registered Nurse RN 15K Full Time Nights NEW RATES
About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses for night-shift work. The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises plans of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Healthcare’s mission and values. Care includes providing direct care and delegating and supervising nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. The role includes demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality of care, establishing professional relationships, using professional skills, fulfilling hospital-role responsibilities, and developing clinical expertise in the relevant specialty. The posting advertises new rates, a $15,000 bonus for full-time employees, competitive rates and shift differentials, and a clinical career ladder for full-time employees. Clinical Career Ladder participants may receive pay increases after successfully completing the Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
