About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse at Springhill Village. Nurses develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
