About The Position

Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct patient care in healthcare settings. LPNs work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs), supporting patients’ health needs and helping maintain positive outcomes and a nurturing environment. The hourly rate is $41. Pay periods run Sunday through Saturday, and employees are paid weekly every Friday by direct deposit.

Requirements

• Completion of a practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
