About The Position

Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join its team providing supplemental personnel to healthcare facilities. LPNs work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care and support patients’ health needs across various settings. The role contributes to patient outcomes and a nurturing care environment.

The hourly rate is $41. Pay periods run Sunday through Saturday, with weekly payment every Friday by direct deposit.

Requirements

• Complete a practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Hold current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Have strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
