About The Position

Springhill Village is seeking a Registered Nurse to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role offers opportunities to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and applying nursing skills in a senior-care setting. Nurses contribute to coordinated resident care and a positive, supportive atmosphere. Day and night shifts are available.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Work with the team toward excellent resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
