About The Position

The Registered Nurse at Creekside Village provides nursing care focused on residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and contribute to a comforting, engaging atmosphere. The role includes coordinating with nursing and other facility teams to deliver comprehensive resident care, using medication management skills, conducting assessments, documenting changes in resident conditions, and demonstrating the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Full-time positions are available for evenings and nights, and part-time positions are available for days.

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
