A $500 referral bonus is offered for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC provides professional liability insurance for every shift. Open shifts are posted in the BRIDGE App, where nurses can select shifts and receive confirmation. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification.
