About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to patients. The RN coordinates the overall patient experience and integrates patient care using the nursing process. The RN directs high-quality, patient-focused care according to established safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards, with the goal of discharging patients after providing an optimum level of care. This position is on the CV Step Down unit and works nights. Full-time candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, paid over 24 months.

Requirements

Meet the education qualifications recognized by the State of Florida for Registered Nurse licensure.
Hold a Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
Hold American Heart Association BLS certification.
For telemetry and higher-acuity units, hold ACLS certification from the American Heart Association and have basic EKG interpretation skills.

Responsibilities
