About The Position
Acts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for its skilled nursing neighborhood. The role supervises all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care for residents. The supervisor prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to ensure attendance, arranging replacements as needed, and assists the Director of Nursing with evaluating nursing personnel.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least two years of related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
- Current CPR certification or eligibility for certification.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.
- Must comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
Responsibilities
