About The Position
Acts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work in its skilled nursing neighborhood. The Supervisor oversees direct and indirect nursing care for residents, coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules, monitors attendance, and arranges replacements when needed. The role also assists the Director of Nursing with evaluating nursing personnel. This is a per diem position with shifts available across all shifts.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least two years of related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
- Current CPR certification or eligibility for certification.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care for residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules.
- Assure attendance and arrange replacements as necessary.
- Assist the Director of Nursing with job performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
