About The Position

Touchpoints at Bloomfield is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize nursing staff work to ensure the efficient operation of the nursing unit. The role is described as an every-weekend Baylor position, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. The organization provides care to residents, including underserved residents with behavioral health and substance use issues, and offers opportunities to develop specialized skills.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• COVID-19 primary series vaccination required; booster shots are not required. Religious and medical exemptions are available.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
