About The Position
Parkville Care Center is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize nursing staff work to support the efficient operation of the nursing unit. The role offers an opportunity to join a growing organization that provides care to residents and aims to foster a positive work environment. Team members may provide care to underserved residents, including people with behavioral health and substance use issues.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the State of Connecticut.
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- COVID-19 primary series vaccination required; booster shots are not required. Religious and medical exemptions are available.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
