Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
About The Position
Centurion is the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections and is seeking a full-time Nurse Supervisor at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON), the Nurse Supervisor supervises nursing and support staff. The position works alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs. The position is salaried/exempt, with starting pay of $114,000+; the salary range is otherwise undisclosed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or an associate's degree with at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois, or ability to obtain one.
- Current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening, or ability to obtain it.
- Active, appropriate certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Corrections experience preferred.
